Contact Form issue resolved

We have resolved the issue with the Contact Form and there is now a new form available from the Contact Us link above.

We believe the issue started at the beginning of October, and unfortunately if you contacted us during October and upto this resolution then we will not have received your details. Please try again using the new form.

Contact Form issue

It has come to our attention that the Contact Form on our website was not working correctly, and we were not receiving any contact details from the form. We can only apologise if you have not received a reply from us.
We have removed this form from our website and are currently looking at solutions to the problem. In the meantime if you have any queries then please email us directly at chorltonukulele@gmail.com
