Well February saw us trying out the new songs from the updated songbook. Most seem to have gone down well and will no doubt improve as we revisit them.
We plan to meet up every Thursday in March: 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th at the Lloyds at the usual time of 7.30pm.
We are starting to build up a Facebook page for Chorlton Ukulele Group. We know that not everyone is a Facebook fan but it is clear that potential strummers may look for a suitable group on Facebook and miss us if we do not have a page. The page is in it's early stages but if you want to show support you can "like" the page or put postings on it's timeline. This will not replace our Newsletter and the emails we send or our Website updates.
On a different subject, Spring is in the air - well it was last week! - If anyone hears of a Community event or similar that would like to hear and see a Uke band in all it's glory let us know.
