Gig news
We have two gigs at the beginning of December, we will start playing
through the songbook over the coming weeks (not all in one go!).
Saturday 1st December at The Lloyds
Andrew has spoken to the Manager and he would like us to play that evening but no further information regarding time or how long we would play for is available.
We hope to have more information next week and we will let you know as soon as possible.
Sunday 2nd December Chorlton Good Neighbours
Venue: St Ninians Church Hall, 515 Wilbraham Road Chorlton M21 0UF
Our last visit went down very well and we have been asked back to play to at their Christmas Tea Party.
Please arrive at 5pm to set up.
We will play from 5.20 pm for 25 to30 mins and we are the after tea entertainment.
Sue will be there at 5pm.
Christmas t-shirts, jumpers, hats, antlers and anything glittery and Christmasy is the dress code of the day.
If you are planning on coming along could you please send us a quick e-mail so that we can let Diane the organiser know how any of us to expect.
Other news
The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain are coming to the Lowry on Sunday 28th April 2019 at 7.30pm. Tickets cost from £25.50 to £28.50. If you haven't seen them they are a very entertaining night out for ukulele players and non players alike.
We will be meeting at the Lloyds on the following Thursdays in November from 7.30pm: 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th Nov.
It would be great to see you on Thursday and please bring the Chug Christmas songbook along.
